North Dakota State guard Ben Woodside scored six points in the Hershey’s all-star game on Friday at Ford Field.
The all-star game for college seniors was played the day before the Final Four tips off in Detroit.
Woodside, playing for the Hershey’s All-Stars, came off the bench and played 17 minutes. He scored six points, shooting 1-for-6 from the field (0-for-3 from three-point range) and 4-for-4 from the free throw line. He had two rebounds, an assist and a steal.
The Reese’s All-Stars won the game 105-100, getting 17 points and 11 rebounds from Gonzaga’s Josh Heytvelt. Heytveldt hit a game-winning three-pointer in the final minute.
