Fargo South finished of its fifth straight Class A boys’ golf title on Wednesday at Dakota Winds golf course near Hankinson.
Four players shot between 72 and 78 in the final round for the Bruins, who finished with a team total of 616 strokes. That was 27 strokes better than runner-up Wahpeton.
The Bruins’ Kyle Jandro took seven strokes off his opening-round 79, shooting a 72 to finish as the medalist with a two-day total of 151. Minot’s Cody Duchscherer (78-74) and Wahpeton’s Dylan Ferrell (80-72) finished one shot back at 152.
It was South’s 10th title in 11 years.
