OK, it’s a Friday night, and with it comes our usual array of high school football, the Twins ALDS game at Yankee Stadium, etc.
So we might not have room to run the following story, or at least not all of it. So we direct your attention to this AP story on the Sun Web site courtesy the Laramie Boomerang.
Zach Bolger was as dominant as a wide receiver can be in his one season at Jamestown College. After spending one year tearing up DAC defenses, Bolger decided to walk on and play closer to home at the University of Wyoming. That move is paying off for Bolger and the Cowboys.
Wyoming (3-2, 1-0 Mountain West) hosts new Mexico on Saturday in Laramie. For the season, Bolger has nine catches for 109 yards (a 12.1-yard average).
