JHS rundown

The Jamestown High School gymnastics team won a 5-team meet here Thursday with a season-best 143.375.

Kaitlin Walsh was second in the all around. Nikki Iverson was third. They also got a boost from star freshman Alex Lind, who returned a month after a harrowing fall during practice. Lind won the bars.

The Blue Jay boys swimming team got their first dual win of the season, beating Bismarck. The Jays won 9 of the 12 events.

The JHS boys’ hockey team got smoked 6-0 by Bismarck, a vastly superior team.

Much more on all of the above fun in the print edition Friday, of course.
